The Weekday Early Education [WEE] program is an extension of the ministry of First Baptist Church Portland. WEE exists to promote the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and physical growth and development of preschoolers. Our biblically based preschool ministry strives to provide Christian support and encouragement of parents in their task of child rearing.

WEE maintains an inviting, nurturing classroom with a Christ-centered, God honoring spirit. This is accomplished through collaborative relationships of family members, local community, and staff providing a distinctively Christian atmosphere, with developmentally appropriate activities and an outreach ministry to the families we serve. FBC WEE is a place where children are made aware that they are the cherished creation of God and where God’s love is demonstrated to others.
